The Environment Canada Map Weather Alert Map is a swath of red this morning, with a range of Weather Warning delivered from the North Coast to the Alberta border.
For North Coast - Coastal Areas a Wind WARNING has been issued, with an advisory that the strong winds will persist through Thursday an dingo Friday afternoon.
Further Inland the North Coast Inland areas are facing two Warnings today. The First a Winter Storm Warning , with a Special Weather Statement also in effect for areas between Smithers and Terrace.
Similar snowfall warnings have been issues for Smithers and points east.
