Twin dinner dates on the calendar at North Pacific Cannery

One of the most popular of dining events on the Northwest calendar is just over the horizon, as Port Edward's North Pacific Cannery Historical Site puts the finishing touches on what has become an annual dinner series with Chef Adrienne Johnston.

Two nights, August 20 and 21 have been set aside for the epicurean festival at the historic cannery site, as Chef Johnston once again offers up her talents in the annual fundraising event for NPC.

The highly acclaimed North Coast chef will be delivering a three course meal with starter dish, fish entrée and dessert.

Tickets for the evening of dining cost 80 dollars per person.

The dining schedule for the two nights in late August provides for seatings for up to eight people every half hour from 5:30 to 8 PM each night.

The special evening of dining makes for one of the more unique experiences for the North Coast, combining the talents of one of the region's most acclaimed chefs, with a spectacular visual backdrop of the one of the regions most popular of local destinations.

The short twenty minute trip drive to Port Edward's North Pacific well worth the journey to enjoy the latest in taste temptations from Chef Johnston, as well as to see what's new at the historical site at the mouth of the Skeena River.
