New Fitness option making ready to enter the Prince Rupert scene

An exercise room with a view is going to
be one of the selling points for Anytime Fitness
when they launch their Prince Rupert plans in the future

Residents of the North Coast may have some new digs in place from which to work off the Holiday excesses in the New Year, with plans for a new Fitness Club for the city beginning to take shape at the Rupert Square Shopping Centre.

Anytime Fitness Prince Rupert recently launched a Facebook page to provide updates on the progress of their plans, which will see the new fitness club make use of 8,000 square feet of space in the Rupert Square Shopping Centre, a location which will also feature a view of Prince Rupert Harbour to do a little daydreaming as you feel your burn.

In their Facebook update Anytime Fitness notes that access to the facility will be available 24/7 with membership rates starting as low as 39 dollars per month, though no further rate structure information is provided at this time.

They do outline some of their plans however, highlighting that Discounts will be available for Seniors and offering what they call a Hero rate for member, adding that all classes will be included in those membership rates.

No firm timeline was indicated as to when the new fitness option will launch on the North Coast, but when it does it will be launching a similar venture in the Terrace area.

Once Anytime Fitness launches they will be entering a local scene which already offers a number of private fitness facilities, as well the City of Prince Rupert operated option at the Earl Mah Aquatic Centre.

We will continue to track their progress as Anytime Fitness moves forward with their roll out of their facility for Prince Rupert.
