Back in business, Dolly's reopens its doors following Fire renovations

Days after the November Fire at Dolly's work began on the
extensive work ahead

The work complete in April, the popular restaurant and seafood store
has re-opened in the Cow Bay area

North Coast seafood fans can finally dig in for a good feed from the sea, with one of Prince Rupert's favourite eating establishments back in business following some extensive renovations after a major fire six months ago.

The renovation project which basically rebuilt the restaurant and seafood store has created a new work and dining space that takes advantage of a redesigned layout that offers more seating capacity, a brighter appearance inside and new equipment behind the scenes.

Included in the store section of the popular dining fixture in Cow Bay is an expanded Crab tank, a larger more modern version of its predecessor. As well new coolers greet the customer as they come in the front doors, with a small section set aside for a range of Dolly's Fish market clothing options for those looking for souvenirs of their trip into Cow Bay.

The return to business for Dolly's will be a welcome thing for local residents who have been missing the regular fare over the last six months, not to mention the options  for fresh seafood that the venue offers.

With the tourism season set to get under way this month and with it a growing number of cruise ships making Prince Rupert one of their destinations, the restaurant will once again become a gathering spot for visitors to the community, drawn to Cow Bay by Dolly's long standing reputation as one of the must do spots on the city's gastronomic circuit.
