Port of Prince Rupert seeks members for Community Information Forum

The Prince Rupert Port Authority has a one month window in place for applications from  those with an interest in joining the dialogue around Port operations.

The Port's Community Information Forum provides for ongoing community engagement when it comes to port operations and development and allows for individuals and organizations to provide input on issues of concern.

The Port initiative provides the opportunity to establish relationships with other community interests and serves as a link to, and a forum that is designed for the general public.

The most recent minutes of the meeting from the group are from March 1st, they provide a glimpse into the range of topics that the forum participants explore and discuss.

A review of the charter created as the forum took shape explores more of the themes that the program was created for and how the Port makes use of any feedback from participants.

An opportunity to apply to participate in the Prince Rupert Port Authority's
Community Information Forum is now open until the end of October.
